Core Structure & Working Principle

The automatic sheet Metal Deburring Machine adopts a modular integrated design, which is composed of five core systems:control system, power system, conveying system, lifting system, and grinding system. Each system operates coordinately with precise linkage, realizing fully automated, intelligent, and high-precision deburring, edge rounding, wire drawing and polishing processing for various metal workpieces.

Five Core Systems Function Introduction

  1. Power System

As the core power source of the whole equipment, the power system provides stable and sufficient driving power for the operation of the conveying structure, lifting mechanism and grinding assembly. It ensures continuous, stable and low-fault operation of the machine during long-term mass production, avoiding power jitter and processing instability

  1. Control System

Equipped with an intelligent PLC touch control system, it is the intelligent command center of the equipment. Operators can input accurate parameters according to the actual thickness and processing requirements of different workpieces. The system automatically identifies and matches the optimal processing program, realizing one-click parameter setting and intelligent operation. It supports parameter memory, which greatly simplifies repeated debugging procedures and improves production efficiency.

  1. Lifting System

Linked with the intelligent control system, the precision lifting system automatically adjusts the height of the processing platform and grinding components according to the set workpiece parameters. It can flexibly adapt to the processing of thin sheets and thick plates of different specifications, ensure the precise fit between the Grinding Tool and the workpiece surface, and effectively guarantee the uniformity and consistency of deburring quality.

  1. Conveying System

The high-stability conveying system adopts uniform-speed feeding design. After parameter setting and height adjustment are completed, it stably and evenly sends the workpieces into the grinding processing area at a constant speed. It avoids workpiece deviation, jitter and slipping during feeding, ensures smooth feeding of each workpiece, and lays a foundation for standardized batch processing.

  1. Grinding System

As the executive core of workpiece finishing, the high-precision grinding system completes all processes of slag removal, burr cleaning, edge rounding, wire drawing and polishing in one pass. Cooperating with the coordinated operation of the other four systems, it realizes efficient and fine surface processing of workpieces, thoroughly removes sharp burrs and cutting residues on the edge of laser-cut, plasma-cut and stamped sheet metal parts, and achieves smooth edge rounding and uniform wire drawing & polishing surface effect.

Overall Operating Logic

Relying on the collaborative work of the five major systems, the equipment realizes a fully automatic closed-loop processing flow from parameter setting, height adjustment, stable feeding to precise grinding. The whole process, which effectively solves the problems of low efficiency, uneven quality and high labor cost of traditional manual grinding, and helps sheet metal processing enterprises achieve standardized and automated production.
