Sheet Metal Finisher Delivered | Brass Oxide Removal in a Single Feed

NEWSTEC recently delivered an integrated deburring Polishing Machine. With three working structure-sander belt, rotary brush and polishing roller-the machine completes burrs removal, edge rounding and surface polishing continuously as sheets pass through.

After setup, the customer tested brass samples. The brown oxide layer was fully stripped, leaving a clean and even surface that meets specifications. The machine is user-friendly with fast consumable replacement and low operating costs. It works with brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and more.
