The equipment is widely used in a variety of metal materials such as carbon steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, copper plates, titanium alloys, etc. For the oxide layer formed after long-term storage or processing, the sander can peel off the oxide skin on the metal surface layer by layer through the precisely controlled grinding force, and restore the original gloss and performance of the substrate. In the rust removal treatment, it can effectively remove the rust, rust and oxidation spots on the surface of the plate.
It adopts a working mode of multiple sets of sanding belts, and ensures uniform force on the metal surface through an adjustable speed linear conveying system. The surface grinding function can achieve different levels of precision processing according to needs, from rough grinding to remove surface defects to fine grinding effects can be accurately completed, and at the same time, it can eliminate scratches, pits and other defects on the surface of the plate.
